The grapes were hand picked on Snipes Mountain, one of Washington States newest AVAs and oldest vineyards.
This wine is a select blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Syrah and 5% Merlot. The wine was aged in a combination of small new and 2 year French oak barrels for 22 months and bottled unfiltered.
Our 2008 Manitou Red is rich and elegant with soft dry tannins balanced by the acidity of the fruit and has elements of black cherry and pepper combined with chocolate and dark plum and a hint of oak on the finish. |

| The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is the first we produced from the south facing slopes of Snipes Mountain and hand harvested. The results are dark cherry and berry fruit combined with soft drying tannins finishing with hints of smokey toast and vanilla. Aged 22 months in new and 2 year French oak barrels. |

| The 2008 vintage represents our 3rd release of Syrah and the grapes were hand harvested on the south facing slopes of Snipes Mountain. This is a fruit forward Syrah with medium body offering plum blackberry flavors combined with soft ripe tannins that contribute to the structure of the wine. |

CHARDONNAY

This Chardonnay was fermented and then aged for 9 months in neutral oak barrels. During time in barrel the lees were stirred for 8 months followed by a light filtration just before bottling. The 2009 Chardonnay is a rich full bodied wine with butterscotch tangerine and citrus notes followed by hints of baked bread and oak on the finish. |
